Do you enjoy dealing with guests and are you looking for a job in an idyllic vacation region? Become part of our team! We are looking for two motivated employees to strengthen our reception from 01.03.2025. Our 4-star camping park is located in Plau am See on the idyllic Mecklenburg Lake District. We have 270 pitches and up to 1000 guests a day in the high season. Impressions of the site at www.campingpark-zuruf.de. As a receptionist, you will make sure that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment and thus contribute significantly to a successful vacation for our guests.

We assign you the following fields of work:

• Welcome and registration of arriving guests
• Check-out of departing guests
• Contact person for our guests during their stay (questions, information, information)
• Processing reservations in the booking system
• Answering inquiries by phone and e-mail
• Sale of bread rolls and items from the mini store in reception

What you need to bring with you:

• Enjoy direct contact with guests
• Well-groomed, friendly and communicative demeanor
• Very good knowledge of German, but knowledge of English would also be desirable
• Customer-oriented, courteous behavior even in demanding situations
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• PC skills (basic)
• Ideally initial experience in the reception area

Depending on the number of guests at our camping park, the main working hours are in the summer months from May to September, including weekends and public holidays, with significantly fewer working hours in the winter months. Employment can be on a half-yearly basis with 40 hours or all year round with 20-30 hours (working time account). The working hours can also be negotiated flexibly.
