Information for our guests in connection with the coronavirus

The following measures are in place to protect our guests and employees from infection:

  • Always keep a minimum distance of 1.50 m from other guests and employees
  • Follow the rules for coughing and sneezing (into a disposable handkerchief, turn away from other people)
  • Wash your hands regularly (for at least 30 seconds) or use the disinfectant dispensers where this is not possible
  • Wear a mouth and nose protector in the reception and sanitary building areas, covering your mouth and nose (!).
  • We ask you to use the washing, shower and toilet facilities in your own vehicle if possible.
  • The use of the sanitary facilities is reduced
    • Use of the individual wash cubicles and showers in particular
    • Other open washbasins and some toilets remain partially closed to maintain social distancing
    • This may result in waiting times. Please wait outside and keep a distance of 1.50 m.
    • Stay as self-sufficient as possible and, if possible, use washing, shower and toilet facilities in your vehicle/on your pitch. We have set up a second opportunity to dispose of chemical toilets to avoid crowds.
  • All (!) guests and visitors must be registered by name in order to ensure the tracing of possible chains of infection. Furthermore, questions about their state of health must be answered. You will receive a corresponding form with your reservation or at the latest on arrival.
  • Bread rolls and breakfast items (store) are available to pre-order, preferably contactless and already bagged.
