Receptionoffice hours: 9 am – 1 pm and 3 pm – 6 pm. Arrivals are possible until 10 pm. For emergencies outside opening hours, you will find a telephone number on the door that can be reached at all times.

Rest periods exist for a relaxing vacation from 1 – 3 pm and 10 pm – 7 am. The barrier is also closed during these times (entrance and exit). Please park your vehicle in the parking lot when you arrive during these times. Please also remember to park your vehicle in the parking lot in advance if you need to run an errand outside during these times.

On arrival, you will receive a transponder to open the barrier and the sanitary facilities. To open the barrier or sanitary building, hold the transponder in front of the reader.

There are three sanitary buildings available for you. Please refer to the notices for the respective cleaning times and use one of the other buildings during this time.

Only breathable, water-permeable awning carpets may be used to protect the lawn.

The departure time is 11 am for rental properties, 12 noon for pitches and tent pitches and 10 am for rental bathrooms. On departure, please leave the pitch first and then come to reception to pay, so that we can refund the deposit for the transponder when you settle up. If you wish to leave before 9 a.m., please report to reception the evening before to settle your account.

At Red Point am See you can get food and drinks (e.g. handmade burgers, pizzas, salads, cocktails, freshly tapped Lübzer beer…). Please refer to the notice board for the seasonally varying opening hours and the offer.

Fresh bread rolls from a local artisan baker can be ordered daily at reception (see notice board for times).

Camping and breakfast supplies (e.g. coffee, milk, jam, butter) as well as coffee to go can be purchased at reception. The nearest supermarket is in Plau (3 km away).

Please dispose of waste on the central recycling island in the parking lot, separated into paper, packaging, glass and residual waste. You can obtain bin liners from reception.

WLAN is available in most parts of the campsite (subject to a charge). Further information is available at reception.

For guests with dogs, we have a separate pitch area and separate access to the lake. This access is located on the headland to the right of the bathing beach (area behind the wooden fence). However, dogs are not allowed on the other pitches or on the beach itself. You are welcome to use the dog bathing beach in the nearby Seeluster Bucht (approx. 1 km).

Our charging stations in the entrance area are available for charging electric cars. This is not permitted at the parking space.

For an excursion into the countryside or to Plau, for example, we have bicycles for hire. For longer trips or errands, you can hire our e-up for guests. A sauna barrel is also available.

For a trip on the water, we offer you our 15 hp motorboat, which can also be driven without a license. Children of all ages will also love our go-karts. You can book these offers at reception during opening hours.
